When our skin complexion wanes, the best way to enliven our appearance is to find products that contain the following ingredients.

Green Tea

You can drink it, bathe in it and even moisturize your skin with it. Green tea curbs oxidative stress and kick wrinkled, sagging skin to the curb.

Cucumbers are more than just delicious veggies to snack on. They are rich in potassium and vitamin E which make wrinkles and fine lines beat a hasty retreat.

White Tea

Enzymes in our bodies feed by eating away at elastin and collagen. However, white tea nips them in the bud by curbing how much they consume which tends to increase as we get older. The white tea antioxidants fight free radicals and in its aftermath reverse signs of premature aging.

The human body produces ubiquinone. However like many other proteins and enzymes in the body, production slows down as we age. It is important to have ubiquinone in the body because it spurs on the production of elastin and collagen. Ubiquinone also provides our skin cells with the energy they need to regenerate.

Willow Bark

Willow bark exfoliates dead skin and fires up the production of new skin cells by over 24 percent. The frequent production of new cells leaves skin looking smooth and radiant. Any lotion or potion that you use that has this ingredient is guaranteed plenty of staying power.

Pomegranate oil is enriched in omega 5 fatty acids. This oil bores deep into all layers of the skin allowing it to hydrate thoroughly.  The outer layer is insulated against sun rays and environmental pollutants. Pomegranates also inspire collagen and elastin production.

Vitamin C and E

Vitamin C fights wrinkles, fine lines and scars and encourages anti-aging elastin and collagen to soldier on. Vitamin E battles constantly with free radicals and its vitamin counterpart replenishes cell energy levels. These vitamins are not produced by the body, so we have to use lotions or capsules to welcome them in.
